Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how to cancel, pause, or change orders placed with Cholibrain, including one-time purchases and recurring delivery (subscription) plans. Questions? Email contact@cholibrain.com.

One-Time Purchases

You may request to cancel a one-time order by emailing us before it ships. We process orders within 1 to 3 business days, so please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and is subject to our Refund and Return Policy.

Recurring Delivery (Subscription) Plans

If you choose a subscription option at checkout:

• You authorize Cholibrain to charge your payment method on the schedule you selected, at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel.
• Your plan renews automatically for each billing cycle.
• The delivery frequency and price of your plan are shown at checkout and in your confirmation email.

How to Cancel a Subscription

You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee.

1. Email us at contact@cholibrain.com from the email address on your account, with your name and order number, and tell us you want to cancel. If a customer account portal is available on our website, you can also cancel there.
2. We will confirm your cancellation by email.

Please cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date so that we can process it in time. Cancellation takes effect for future billing cycles. Orders that have already been charged or shipped are not cancelled and are subject to our Refund and Return Policy.

Skipping, Pausing, or Changing Your Plan

If you would like to skip a delivery, pause your plan, change your delivery frequency, or update your shipping address or payment method, email us at least 48 hours before your next billing date and we will help.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may try to charge your payment method again or contact you to update your details. If we cannot successfully process payment, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.

Price and Plan Changes

We may change subscription pricing or plan terms. We will notify you by email in advance of any change taking effect, and you may cancel before the change applies.

Subscription Discounts

Discounts that apply to subscription orders apply only while your subscription is active. If you cancel, future orders will be priced at the regular price.

Refunds

Refunds on subscription orders follow our Refund and Return Policy. If you were charged after you submitted a valid cancellation request, contact us right away and we will review it and refund the charge where appropriate.
